Intuitive Eating Workshops and Coaching

Our relationship to food is correlated to our relationship with self. I believe developing a meditation practice is a great catalyst for changing your habits towards a healthier lifestyle. One that takes patience and honesty. It requires us to look at the self-limiting beliefs around food and ourselves that are keeping us stuck in unhealthy patterns. I also believe taking pleasure in what we eat and cooking is a missing ingredient in creating optimal health.
