Unwind: Calming the Mind

Mantra means vehicle of the mind. We use a mantra as a tool to help focus the mind and access deeper levels of awareness. In this class, we will silently and gently repeat a mantra during meditation to help us to connect to the stillness within. Each class will also include a short life lesson or mindfulness technique that can be used to cultivate peace and joy throughout your week.  This class is held at Pause Studio on Mondays from 5:15-6:00PM.
